Our services are designed to be relevant from mid-sized SMEs through to large enterprise teams. The assessment and training programmes are modular enough to scale with your headcount, and the operations design engagement is most suitable for organisations with defined operational processes and a dedicated internal project lead.

Not at all. The Workforce AI Capability Building programme is structured in layers — foundational modules require no prior AI knowledge, while advanced electives are available for those in technical or analyst roles. The goal is to build usable competency across every department, not to create engineers.

The Enterprise AI Landscape Review typically runs three to five weeks, depending on your organisation's size and the availability of stakeholders for interviews and surveys. We work around your schedule and minimise disruption to day-to-day operations.

Each engagement closes with a written deliverable your team can act on independently. We do not create ongoing dependency on our presence. If a follow-on engagement makes sense — for example moving from an assessment to an operations design project — we will discuss that openly. There is no pressure to commit to anything further.

We operate under a strict confidentiality framework. Before any engagement begins, a mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed. Data gathered during assessments or operations reviews is used solely for the purpose of that engagement and is not shared or retained beyond the agreed scope.
